Supported Living

Our supported living services are designed to empower individuals with long-term conditions by encouraging their independence, while providing the comforts of having their own home and private space. This model of care strikes a crucial balance by providing our service users with the freedom to lead an independent life, with the security and support they need to thrive in their daily activities.

Our Supported Living Services

Southleigh

Southleigh specialises in Supported Living for individuals with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and mental health diagnoses, promoting the highest level of independence possible. Our dedicated support workers help clients overcome unique challenges, assisting them in achieving personal goals and ambitions. By encouraging residents to step outside their comfort zones, we support them in pursuing an independent lifestyle.

We collaborate closely with individuals and their families to develop personalised care plans tailored to each person’s needs. At Southleigh, we promote full participation in the local community and offer various activities based on service users’ preferences, ensuring everyone feels valued and engaged.

Southleigh is a modern, chalet-style home with five double bedrooms, including one with an en-suite bathroom and another with an en-suite wet room, plus an additional communal wet room. The home features large, peaceful communal lounge areas, separate dining facilities, and a spacious garden and terrace for enjoying sunny days.

Our cosy communal areas, friendly staff, and high-quality facilities ensure dignified, empowering, and person-centred care. We aim to create an atmosphere where individuals feel supported in achieving their fullest potential while maintaining their dignity and independence.
