Deanna Bishop

Registered Manager - Supported Living

Meet Deanna, our Registered Care Manager. Deanna oversees the operations across all of our care facilities. She ensures the highest standards of care are delivered, ensuring that we always adhere to regulatory compliance and best practices. She manages staff recruitment, training, and supervision, develops care plans, and implements quality assurance measures. Committed to continuous improvement and person-centred care, Deanna champions the rights of individuals, empowering them to live fulfilling lives.

Registered Manager - Residential Care

Meet Julie, Registered Manager for our Residential Care Home, The Retreat. Julie brings a wealth of experience to our team and is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming home where residents receive exceptional, person-centred care. With a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement, she works closely with her team to ensure every individual in our care feels safe, valued, and supported.

Claire Dyson

Office Manager

Meet Claire, our Office Manager. With a versatile skill set and knack for multitasking, Claire oversees daily administrative tasks, manages facilities, and serves as the first point of contact for internal and external interactions. She coordinates meetings, manages schedules, and handles correspondence, ensuring the office runs efficiently. Claire also organises regular team events, to maintain a harmonised, happy workforce. With a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement, she streamlines processes and enhances productivity.

Deputy Manager

Meet Holly, Deputy Manager of The Retreat, who brings a wealth of experience, compassion and dedication to her role. Working closely with the people we support, their families and our staff teams, Holly is committed to ensuring the highest standards of care, support and quality are consistently delivered. Passionate about making a positive difference, she works to empower individuals to live as independently as possible while feeling safe, respected and valued, creating a warm and supportive environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Jaycee Greenhorn

Team Leader, The Retreat

As our Residential Care Home Team Leader, Jaycee oversees the day-to-day operations of The Retreat, which offers care for 13 residents over the age of 18. Jaycee’s leadership is instrumental in creating a nurturing environment where our residents feel safe, respected, and valued. She works closely with other staff members to provide high-quality care, promote independence, and foster a sense of community within the home.

Gemma Taylor

Team Leader, Brook Cottage

Meet our Team Leader at The Retreat, Gemma, who plays a vital role in guiding and supporting both staff and the people we care for. With a strong background in mental health support, Gemma is committed to promoting independence, wellbeing, and recovery for each individual who calls Brook Cottage home. Leading with compassion and professionalism, she ensures that our team works together to provide tailored support, empowering people to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives in a safe, welcoming environment.

Rhi Lee

Team Leader, Thatcham Avenue

Rhi is the Team Leader at Thatcham Avenue and brings a compassionate, person-centred approach to supporting individuals to live fulfilling, independent and meaningful lives. She works closely with the people we support, their families and her staff team to create a safe, positive and engaging environment where everyone can thrive. Through her hands-on leadership, commitment to high-quality care and passion for achieving positive outcomes, Rhi plays a key role in maintaining the exceptional standards of support, wellbeing and quality that are at the heart of Mary Rush Care.

Issy is the Team Leader at Marleyfield and is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support that enables individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives. Through her positive leadership style, she works closely with the people we support, their families and her staff team to promote choice, dignity and meaningful outcomes, while ensuring the highest standards of care, safety and quality are maintained.
