Brook Cottage based in Hardwicke, Gloucester, offers Supported Living for up to 5 adults aged 18 to 65. The house is situated within walking distance to shops and the local amenities of Hardwicke and has easy transportation links into Gloucester City.
Brook Cottage specialises in providing Supported Living for individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses to enable them to live their life as independently as possible. Some of the individuals we support may have communication difficulties and may also present complex conditions or have behaviours that challenge.
We provide support to individuals by working in partnership with themselves and their families to create personalised care plans to suit the individual. We actively encourage and promote total involvement within the local community and offer activities depending on the resident’s wishes.
Brook Cottage is a bespoke, comfortable and modern home with five spacious bedrooms and an assisted bathroom. There are spacious communal lounge areas with separate dining facilities that offer a peaceful and relaxing environment. There is also a large garden and terrace with seating areas, for those warm sunny days. We feel that Brook Cottage provides a varied, comfortable and supportive environment for all that live here.
