Based in Quedgeley, Gloucester, The Retreat provides assessment and support for 14 adults living with learning disabilities and/or mental health problems.
We offer 24/7 specialist residential support, committed to providing just enough support to empower and encourage individuals to develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible and achieve positive outcomes for all.
Everything we do is determined by the people who use our services, their personal needs and the choices they wish to make. We have a team of skilled and experienced support workers whose aim is to allow every individual to live as independently as possible in line with their goals and aspirations. A personalised plan of care is created for each person to enable them to have their say to ensure the care and support they receive is tailored specifically to their own needs.
