His extensive industry knowledge drives strategic initiatives and new partnerships, guiding our organisation towards an exciting future.

Deanna Bishop

Registered Care Manager

Meet Deanna, our Registered Care Manager. Deanna oversees the operations across all of our care facilities. She ensures the highest standards of care are delivered, ensuring that we always adhere to regulatory compliance and best practices. She manages staff recruitment, training, and supervision, develops care plans, and implements quality assurance measures. Committed to continuous improvement and person-centred care, Deanna champions the rights of individuals, empowering them to live fulfilling lives.

Claire Dyson

Office Manager

Meet Claire, our Office Manager. With a versatile skill set and knack for multitasking, Claire oversees daily administrative tasks, manages facilities, and serves as the first point of contact for internal and external interactions. She coordinates meetings, manages schedules, and handles correspondence, ensuring the office runs efficiently. Claire also organises regular team events, to maintain a harmonised, happy workforce. With a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement, she streamlines processes and enhances productivity.

Social Media and Content curator

Meet Faye, our Social Media and Content Curator. Faye meticulously selects, organises, and presents content across our social media platforms, keeping everyone updated with our latest news, events, and awards. She crafts a cohesive narrative that reflects Mary Rush Care’s personality and values, ensuring consistency and authenticity. Through her efforts, Faye elevates our online presence, driving engagement, loyalty, and business success.

Team Leader, The Retreat

As our Residential Care Home Team Leader, Jaycee oversees the day-to-day operations of The Retreat, which offers care for 13 residents over the age of 18. Jaycee’s leadership is instrumental in creating a nurturing environment where our residents feel safe, respected, and valued. She works closely with other staff members to provide high-quality care, promote independence, and foster a sense of community within the home.

Team Leader, Gardenia

Tina is the team leader at our supported living service, Gardenia. Tina oversees the provision of personalised support and care services to 5 individuals with varying abilities and needs within this facility. Her role is critical in ensuring our service users lead fulfilling lives with dignity, independence and respect.

Team Leader, Southleigh & Brook Cottage

Abbie is the team leader at our supported living services, Southleigh and Brook Cottage. Abbie works closely with other members of the team to achieve the smooth running of these care facilities. She works hard to improve and develop our activity programme, to ensure life at Mary Rush remains a varied and exciting place to live for our service users. Abbie leads by example and is dedicated to supporting the care needs of all those who use our services at Mary Rush Care.

Holly

Team Leader, Marleyfield

Holly is the team leader at our brand new care facility, Marleyfield. Holly is responsible for overseeing our team there, to ensure our service users always receive the best care and support. She is dedicated to enhancing the lives of those who use our service, by supporting and encouraging them to take part in activities and hobbies they enjoy, and by creating a warm and welcoming environment when they return home.
